    The modules can all be run within the InsightII interface. InsightII also includes several modules for building molecules, segments and solids, analyzing and visualising calculated data. The following are brief introduction to these modules, the InsightII online help and the InsightII User Guide can provide much more in depth information .
    • Semi-Emperical Molecular Dynamics.

      • Discover is MSI's molecular simulation program for the Insight II environment. It incorporates a range of validated, accurate and broad-coverage forcefields for performing dynamics simulations, minimization, and conformational search on organic, inorganic, organometallic and biological systems.
